Douglas, of course. Foreman was too slow and primitive for that version of Buster.

Buster Douglas by a large margin. That quick left jab of his was a beauty in Tokyo. It would be much more beautiful this time with Big George Foreman.

I can't find the comments, but somewhere Big George said after seeing Buster KO Tyson, that he would have stopped Tyson inside of 5, and added something like "I'd be pushing him around the ring and hitting him with lead rights".
