Degale might be the last guy that was as disliked. His arrogance around the time of the first Groves fight was nauseating to witness. Groves clearly brought out the worst in him.

You know my mates all ask me, how come you don't really gamble ? which to them is strange because i spend saturdays afternoon in the pub having a beer , whilst they all gamble away on the gee gee's , and my answer is , always the sameTheLeprechaun wrote: ↑17 Jan 2025, 00:07 Degale might be the last guy that was as disliked. 1--- I get no enjoyment out of it
2---- I dislike losing more than i enjoy winning .
So based on number 2 , i can understand a bad loser we all don't paticular care for bad losers , but i can understand a mans determination , effort and time thats put in and when he losses he's dirty and shitty , its perfectly understandable .
But a BAD WINNER i just don't like and sometimes dislike them with a passion , and the two worst bad winners at the moment are
1---Connor Benn
2 ---- Ben Quitiker
Hence the sooner they get knocked the fook out and someone dances over them , the sooner i'll be happy to see it

Arrogance is often unpalatable to witness but when backed up by achievement it can foster a sort of grudging admiration in onlookers. DeGale's arrogance could be explained by him being an Olympic gold medallistTheLeprechaun wrote: ↑17 Jan 2025, 00:07 Degale might be the last guy that was as disliked. Arrogance where there are no reasons to be arrogant other than self delusion is a whole different kettle of fish and is why little Conor is so reviled
Re: Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn | PPV - 26 April 2025
Its the most manufactured rivalry going, I find it quite irritating tbh.

Everything about this fight represents the absolute gutter level of boxing.
Everyone involved, including the punters need to stop drinking water straight out of the toilet bowl

Chunky won British, and world honours as a pro. With multiple defences against big name guys who were at the top of their game. Unfortunately his form fell off a cliff before he fought Eubank, otherwise he would have beaten Chris as well.CaptainSpacerod wrote: ↑17 Jan 2025, 06:21Arrogance is often unpalatable to witness but when backed up by achievement it can foster a sort of grudging admiration in onlookers. Connor Benn has done nothing of note except mouth off, and got busted cheating. He belongs in the side show misfits events with Jake Paul and whoever's corpse they drag out as an opponent

The BBBofC should not allow rehydration clauses in fight contracts IMO.

You shouldn’t insist on a rehydration clause when you’re a proven drug cheat
Re: Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn | PPV - 26 April 2025
The Welterweight should stop calling out the middleweight then? What a fornicating idiot. The more Hearn becomes Ben's mouthpiece the more and more he distances himself from the fans

Eddie Hills doesn’t care about the fans. In David Brent terms it is all about the Yankee Dollar

I don't know how true this is, but the Journalist has been very critical of Saudi involvement in boxing.

It freaks me out when mainstream media print unbiased truth.

Am I wrong in thinking trying to sell out the Spurs ground is a bit ambitious?

Eubank-Benn Lands At Tottenham On April 26: Main Undercard Revealed
Ring Magazine's first UK card is now official for April 26 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Turki Alalshikh, owner of The Ring and head of Riyadh Season, took to social media to announce the media outlet's first UK card of 2025.
The event will be called Fatal Fury: City of The Wolves - as part of a collaboration between Ring Magazine and SNK Games. The Fatal Fury game, which is scheduled to be released on April 21, is available for pre-order on Playstation and Xbox. Fans who pre-order the game will get first crack at tickets for Ring Magazine's April event.
Headlining the card is a grudge match between Chris Eubank Jr. and Conor Benn - which takes place in the middleweight division. Their fight was initially scheduled to take place in October of 2022, but it was called off after Benn tested positive for a banned substance.
Light heavyweights Anthony Yarde and Lyndon Arthur will collide in a trilogy fight. Arthur won an upset twelve round decision over Yarde in 2020. Their rematch, which took place a year later, saw Yarde get revenge with a knockout victory in four rounds.
Since their encounters, Yarde was unsuccessful in his world title challenge against Artur Beterbiev, while Arthur was unable to unseat Dmitry Bivol.
A crossroads fight at middleweight, as former world champion Liam Smith will return to the ring in his first bout since signing a new promotional deal with Matchroom Boxing. He will face uneaten rising contender Aaron McKenna. Smith will aim to bounce back from his knockout loss to Eubank Jr. in September of 2023.
Former cruiserweight world champion Chris Billam-Smith will restart his campaign to another world title as he battles dangerous hitter Brandon Glanton.
Billam-Smith lost his WBO cruiserweight belt last November when he collided with Gilberto Ramirez in a unification clash. Glanton has won his last three - all by knockout.
A crossroads battle at cruiserweight, with undefeated Viddal Riley taking a step up in class against Cheavon Clarke, who attempts to recover from his first career defeat, a decision loss to Leonardo Mosquea from December.

This is basically a majority Sky Boxxer card ain’t it?
Only Benn is not with Ben.
Only Benn is not with Ben.
Re: Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn | PPV - 26 April 2025
Thats a fitting location as neither Spurs, Benn or Eubank have won anything.
