ITA not IBA. And they, at least in theory, have the power to overrule every boxing organization that has signed up to follow their rules when it comes to doping.

It's the Independent Testing Agency acting on behalf of the IBA.
In theory, every boxing organization that follows WADA doping rules has to accept this decision. Although I'm not sure all of them will.
I can't ask you change the results of these fights but it would be a good idea to add notes to them explaining the ITA decision.
