The fight that we never got back in the days, mainly due to Sauerland/Universum promotional roadblocks.

There were discussions to stage it circa 2008-2009, when both were holding middleweight belts (Abraham - IBF, Sturm - WBA). It would've been built as a mega-fight in Germany.

Who would've won?

I'd definitely favor Abraham in this. Sturm may win the early rounds, as a lot of people tended to do, but I have a hard time seeing him able to go 12 rounds with Abraham without either getting KO'd or knocked down a few times, and just generally battered to a defeat.
