Clearly this isn't Azim turning down the fights, it's out of his depth Ben Shalom pulling the strings.

If I were Azim i'd rather be Turki's puppet than Ben's
He is 22, I think it is looking after the fighter to not rush him. And Dalton can hardly claim he's fighting the best after his last opponent who had fought more people with losing records than winning iirc

Fighting Lipinets is no easy task, it's not as though they're avoiding tough fights. I think this situation smacks more of Ben not getting his own way in negotiations rather than any issue with prospective opponents.

Hopefully a talented young kid like AA can find his way to Frank or Eddie's stable sooner rather than later

I get it but I'd like there to be someone other than One Lung Fish Eyes and Posh Bully Fast Car. I am no big Ben fan but those two are cretins.

Azim needs to remember that he's the boss. It's his career, these people work for him, not the other way round.

Conor Benn heading to Spain to get ready for Chris Eubank Jnr

Conor Benn and Tony Sims are flying to Mallorca, Spain to prepare for his fight on April 26 with Chris Eubank Jnr.

Eubank Jnr-Conor Benn was finally confirmed for London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, two-and-a-half years after their first date was cancelled owing to Benn twice testing positive for the banned substance clomiphene.

Sims’ gym in Romford, Essex, England has long been the trainer’s most consistent base for fight preparations but what is certain to prove one of the biggest fights in Britain in 2025 and the biggest of both fighters’ careers has meant them choosing to relocate to Mallorca, of Spain’s Balearic Islands, for the warm weather and relative isolation.

“We’re going to Mallorca for the whole camp,” Sims told BS.

“He’s been waiting a long time for this date, and this fight, and now it’s actually made. We was only talking yesterday about how excited we are to go into camp and start getting ready for the fight.

“We’ve studied Eubank over the years, and it’s a monstrous fight. They’ve booked Tottenham’s football ground for the fight.

“It’s a massive occasion, and Conor’s really looking forward to the fight as well. He really wants to get in there and show what he’s all about as well. Even though he’s not been as active as he would have liked, he’s kept progressing in the gym. He’s non-stop training and always progressing. He’s a lot better fighter than he was a year ago, so, yeah, he’s really looking forward to it.”

Sims on Friday led George Liddard, Jimmy Sains and Maisey Rose Courtney to respective victories over Derrick Osaze, Pierre Rosadini and Jasmina Nad.

Benn, who in November was cleared by the National Anti-Doping Panel of any previous wrongdoing and has consistently maintained his innocence, spent considerable parts of his upbringing in Mallorca.

No UK broadcaster confirmed yet. I find it bizarre this was signed and announced without that in place.

Ben did say there might be an issue with sky picking this up due to Ben’s failed drug test and all the stuff in the media?

But he said he fully expects sky to pick it up.

There will be more than one platform, most likely.

They’re using it as a title of a few Ring Magazine shows. This ain’t the first.

It was announced before Cooney passed away.

It’s poor form though announcing it a day after the funeral.

I'm just wondering if Turki is going to have as many names for his "sort of" promotion business as allegedly has.

What is the difference between Ring Magazine "associate / promotion" and Rihad Season.
