Yes bowe was out of shape. Yes he took him lightly. That doesnt affect your ability in opening rounds to defend a jab. He had no idea what to do with it

I think Larry wins a comfortable UD. In addition to the jab, he had a certain tough quality that Riddick didn't have.

Holmes by either late rounds Tko or fairly wide decision win.

Bowe could score a knockdown in the early rounds though.

He'd start getting very tired after the 8th round though, due to throwing Alot of Ko attempt punches.

If Holmes maintains discipline the whole fight and boxes, he'd win a close but clear decision by 3-4 pts mainly by being busier with his jab. If he gets careless though or gets into too many exchanges, Bowe could knock him out. So Cooney-Holmes wins, but Witherspoon-Holmes gets stopped.
