:TU: Patient, strong and has that great quality of being defensively good while on the front foot. Be interesting to see how far he can go

Would be good to see The Demolition Man vs either Thunder or The Assasin... :box:
And might actually happen soon, more to the point.

Heaney hasn't got much left IMO. Hope I'm wrong,

Dull performance by Parker, looking displaced and tired, and kind of afraid to face another injury, despite the comfortable win.

Natural fighters are usually shot at his age so makes sense he's looking bad/could lose

I think the Pauls defeat took something out of him, it was a fairly gruelling fight

Ref should never have let that continue after the knockdown, Heaney was gone, no legs, Bob Williams never ever looked in his eyes and threw him back in

Slight over reaction in my last post but Heaney was falling forwards while the ref was saying 'step forward' and I thought the ref should have noticed as it seemed obvious he was completely off balance and hadn't got his legs back.

Heaney was as good as ever coming forward, winning nicely on points, but he clearly got a cracked chin.
Punch resistance just wasn't there - fell apart as soon as he was hit, Every punch seemed to land with double power.
Great career, it's over. :salut:

Old Father Time catches up with all of us eventually. In boxing it can be very worrying to see.
On the knock down they both landed. Did Nathan get caught with a hook just behind the ear?
Then leg stiffened and pretty much all over. Could and maybe should have been stopped there.

Give it a couple of rounds and Wallin's gonna be on the front foot, puttin' it on him. Brutal night for Del.

Yeah I thought Heaney had actually landed the better shot, but, it's not about how hard you can hit, it's about....
