Just because so many had it close, doesn't mean it was close. Just the Chiz and Matchroom army of fans thought it was close.mickey1975 wrote: ↑11 Feb 2025, 11:38 I think the Usyk fight makes sense for Derek if only because so many people had the first fight very close.
Did you think it was close Mickey?
Usyk doesn't need t waste a defence fighting Chiz.
But i like the Pulev fight. Go for the 'world' title.
Re: Round-by-Round: Derek Chisora vs. Otto Wallin | TNT Sports - 8 February 2025
It will be Chisora vs Bakole/Ajagba winner. Chisora retires if he loses. Winner gets Dubois/Parker winner.

sorry but thats ridiculous logic .mickey1975 wrote: ↑11 Feb 2025, 11:38 I think the Usyk fight makes sense for Derek if only because so many people had the first fight very close.
Usyk has improved massively since his 2nd fight at HW and even back then clearly eased off in the final rounds and didnt bother looking to KO Chisora .
Chisora has since become " shop worn " and is not anywhere near capable of fighting any of the three names he called out in the ring after wallin .

Chisora said he’s gonna push for Fury.

Fight Pulev so he can go to his grand kids - grand dad was world champion and retire.stevec@france wrote: ↑11 Feb 2025, 11:58 gassiev / ajagba / huni / pulev / even anderson are the level .

Not an easy fight to call anyway.

A great comeback fight for Tyson. They've proved they can sell a stadium in winter so imagine the crowd in summer!

Damn right. Best of seven.

with fury twice losing to king usyk, he should now direct his attention to answering the question on all our minds: "can he really defeat derek chisora a 4th time?"
so intriguing
but more seriously, something like del vs huni or jalolov would be cool, not that theyd happen. testing the unbeaten dudes

what about del vs wilder
Re: Round-by-Round: Derek Chisora vs. Otto Wallin | TNT Sports - 8 February 2025
I think Del wins comfortably now and he probably would've won, albeit slightly less comfortably, 6-7 years ago too.
Wilder is probably the biggest realistic name Chisora could face but he's practically retired and nowhere near the top.

I missed this being sick, me of course rooting for the swede, but what the heck, he lost? And an ud? Is Chisora getting better? ![[icon_e_biggrin.gif] :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)
Re: Round-by-Round: Derek Chisora vs. Otto Wallin | TNT Sports - 8 February 2025
No , Chisora is definitely on a massive decline, unsurprisingly after all the wars he's had . Don't get me started on the fella in the other corner, another weird, inept performance , sorry showing .JackSprocket wrote: ↑11 Feb 2025, 16:57 I missed this being sick, me of course rooting for the swede, but what the heck, he lost? Funny when you think of it, besides Usyk, Wallin was Furys toughest fight
Although his badness, I got mad love for Wallin

Actualy it’s probably nganu… which is also problematic.JackSprocket wrote: ↑11 Feb 2025, 18:05 Funny when you think of it, besides Usyk, Wallin was Furys toughest fight

Yep, that was a robbery. Wilder was also a tougher fight for Fury. The Wallin fight was just waiting for a doctor decision, it wasn't close in the ring.gregregegg wrote: ↑12 Feb 2025, 02:04Actualy it’s probably nganu… which is also problematic.JackSprocket wrote: ↑11 Feb 2025, 18:05 Funny when you think of it, besides Usyk, Wallin was Furys toughest fight
