The Joe Joyce wins flattered Zhang, he’s very limited and just packs a big punch. He’s gonna get stopped

Zhang succumbs to the body shots. The signs were clear that he was facing his worst nightmare there.
Another scalp for Kobayel, boy does this fella love to get down to work.

Zhang couldn't handle the smoke, Kabayel doing what he does
Re: Round-by-Round: Artur Beterbiev vs. Dmitry Bivol II | PPV - 22 February 2025
Kabayel might be the best body puncher at heavyweight
Re: Round-by-Round: Artur Beterbiev vs. Dmitry Bivol II | PPV - 22 February 2025
Another solid win for Kabayel, Zhang was knackered and basically quit.

Good memory re. the Joppy fight! Eastman really was an enigma.jameswilson wrote: ↑22 Feb 2025, 14:31Deserter wrote: ↑22 Feb 2025, 14:27 How to fall back in love with boxing again in one easy move![]()

Worth buying the card just for this fight alone - such guts from both fighters. Buatsi so bloody tough, but Smith just seemed to want it that much more. I thought he was ready to go in the 11th, but I think that big combination he landed about a minute into the 12th killed off Buatsi's momentum at the perfect time.
Buatsi really reminds me of Howard Eastman in the sense that he's got so much quality, but for whatever reason just doesen't appear able to go through the gears when it really matters.
Genuinely happy for Smith, not just in terms of returning from the wilderness to win, but the manner in which he did it. Gave everything and hope he gets one last massive payday off the back of this.
Yeah that’s a really good comparison to be fair. Eastman was really long and slim too had really skinny arms and torso, not that over the top muscle bound look. Buatsi isn’t quite as lazy as Eastman was but does switch off in rounds for too long which Smith took advantage of. Arthur Abraham used to fight in bursts too and Carl Froch exploited that by just steamrolling him.
I love the last round of Eastman v Joppy it just sums Howard Eastman up he was in no hurry at all despite being behind on the cards, got his leg tangled in the rope and cool as a cucumber unfurled it and then sticks Joppy on his arse with 5 seconds left. Still not quite enough unfortunately.

I’d prefer him against DDD. He don’t deserve Usyk yet

Could this have really been the Kabayel era all along?
Who beats him?

That was very poor from Zhang. He was knackered after 4 rounds.
Gutsy from Kab. To be in range all the time.

If Parker loses, Agit is the only one that makes sense.

Parker (if he wins) vs usyk.
Kab vs DDD
Bakole vs Zhang (if bakole loses)
That’s how I would role if I was the all powerful overlord Mr Turki…
