Hector "Macho" Camacho was probably the island of Puerto Rico's most complete boxer ever. He could do it all at Jr lightweight and lightweight.

But, Carlos Ortiz would pressure him and make it a brawl. He was much more stronger than the Macho Man.

Macho had great speed of hands and feet. He would try to frustrate Ortiz with his lateral movement by sticking and moving. But, Ortiz would win and score big with his right hand leads.

I guess that he was born in Bronx, NY. His family is from Bayamon, Puerto Rico.
