Crazy that these were the exact same scores for the first fight.

Barely threw a right hand for 3 rounds between 4 & 6 which encouraged Berterbiev to pile on the pressure & empty the tank a bit?

He certainly had more in the locker in the later rounds this time round.
Seems like it.

He literally did not throw it much during them few rounds.

Made Bert work more and give it his all.

Then Bivol took over

I think Pac vs Marquez and Bivol vs Beterbiev may be the pinnacle of 2 High Level guys meeting their equal. It's always gonna be close if these 2 fights unless Beterbiev's age finally catches up with him. Tonight he was still in top form, Bivol was just a hair better. Beterbiev is still a top flight fighter no doubt.

I had 116-112 Bivol, gave Bert 4-6 and then 12.

Certainly looked like a mini rope -a- dope :OhYes:
Clever if it was , but why take rounds off and only flick out the left hand and not right .

116-112 Bivol, another absorbing watch, better than the last one, Beterbiev tried to start fast but Bivol was busy outboxing him, putting shots together and then moving away, keeping Beterbiev chasing, Beterbiev hurt him in the 4th, had him backing up, shipping clean right hands, Bivol is a thinking fighter though, no chance he's gonna trade or get macho, he regrouped, and middle rounds pulled away, stuck and moved, he couldn't hurt Beterbiev but was landing hard clean combinations, his jab was excellent, times his counters so well, he looked in control down the stretch, exceptional footwork, Beterbiev had a good last round but Bivol already had it in the bag, an amazing display

Despite what his ex-wife says, Bivol seems like a decent bloke.

And they come out of the fight ranked #2 and #3 on here, behind Benavidez. How wild is that.

Bivol was right there.

He felt easier in this cus he already lost his ‘0’

He didn’t have that on his head this time around.

115 - 113 Bivol, overcoming the monster with a boxing masterclass. Let's go for the third, Benavidez can wait!

Trilogy makes sense now. But as porter said… how many of them do you want… but it’s the best option.

But id kinda still would would like to see Bivol get a crack at 168 undisputed (he says he can make it easy and he looks smaller at the weight).

I’d still also like to see Bert vs opetia

Surely they just haven't factored this one in yet. Having the winner here as anything short of #1 is just plain stupid.
