Belting contest, Kabayel's continuity and cardio brought him another win against a bigger opponent, what a run he is having

Kabayel has once blinked on a wrong moment, but wasn't much bothered, he destroyed Zhang methodically.

Have we ever seen a fighter do this? I can't imagine any other champ would be humble enough to do this either.

Uysk is a class act.

That was a magnificent win by Kabayel. He had a very clear game plan and carried it out superbly.

Zhang has proven now he isnt anything special just a big southpaw .

Kabayel on the other hand is a force and should get a title shot in the next 12 - 18 mths .

There’s 2 interim world champions.

3 if you add Pulev’s regular.

So if Usyk just hangs them up or vacates

Kabayel and Parker become world champions.

Pulev probably be sole champion until they create another regular.

Very impressive win for Kabayel :salut:

Agit's body work was superb and after just a few rounds you could visibly see Zhang being emptied out !

Chinese power ? Looked more like a Chinese surrender to me :maybe:

Usyk needs fresh challenges to cement his legacy and Parker & Kabayel would be the perfect crescendo.

Totally agree about Uysk, vs DDD isn't something I want to watch him go out on. If he is saying one boxer and some MMA dude before he packs it in,then it has to be someone different surely. This is a once in a generation guy.
And Zhang hasn't really been banged so hard to the body and it emptied his meagre gas tank even faster. It was a poor showing.

Oh no...not another crossover farce in our midst  Two legitimate contenders please....Kabayel and Parker are right there staring everyone in the face !

Yep, no thanks to Dubous again either. He's had his chance (which he didn't deserve) and we all saw the white flag being waved when Daniel had enough.

To do what Kabayel done you still got to sit in the pocket and risk a banger. It's no easy job.

Sure, Jerry Forrest showed the blueprint, but that was after 4 rounds of being beaten like an egg and Zhang exhausting himself.

This was very impressive because it was against a fresh Zhang.

Yeah it's all well and good saying 'yeah just do what Kabayel did.' Jesus a lot of guys would be knocked clean out by the shot Zhang put Kabayel down with and he's hardly been shown to not have the power to put people over. Other than the top 5 guys I think Zhang gives them a hell of an uncomfortable night or knocks them out. On top of that how many heavyweights have the workrate that Kabayel showed and the technique to land to the body like he did?

I would imagine he retires now tho having lost 2 out of 3.

glad the heavyweights continue fighting one another and producing good fights.

we knew Zhang had no cardio since the fight with Jerry Forrest, but he's been dangerous, exciting and willing to take risks.

A defence against Agit would certainly prove or disprove once and for all the theory that Usyk is vulnerable to body shots

I didn't even think of that. I suppose Usyk uses a lot of movement too, so Agit will find it a lot trickier against Oleksander....and Usyk will have noted Kabayel's quality.

If you asked me to pick the next opponent for Uysk it would be Kayabel 100%
Parker DDD needs to happen. I don't think anyone is particularly keen on a DDD rematch with Uysk.

Realistically Usyk should fight
Parker/Kabayal next or retire. I think they should fight each other first to see who gets the fight. If I were Usyk, I would put that idea forward for a number of reasons.

I have Kabayel as the best heavyweight currently. Sounds wild but hopefully he gets his chance and I get to see if I'm right.

He's right up there for sure. Just needs the opportunity prove it.

I watched Agit's win of Zhang again last night and you couldn't hope to see a better performance. Even getting crunched by Zhilei's left hook that sent him tumbling didn't detract because he climbed off the floor and recovered so quickly that it just seems another plus point to his overall game.

10 out 10 rating ? :maybe:

Doesn't sound wild to me bro I'm completely in agreement. His work rate is remarkable against Zhang from the 2nd round on he was averaging over 80 punches per round. That for a heavyweight is remarkable. Even middleweight average around 40 punches or so so for a heavyweight who so goes to the body like that. And his skillset. Badly promoted and managed for years but on the way now. He's definitely number 1 contender for me for Usyk and could give him all sorts of problems.
