Baer hit primo with about 200 right hands. Deontay would also. And wilder can really crack. Deontay ko 4

If Primo couldnt take Baer's right hand theres no chance he'd take Wilders.

Wilder KO early or mid rounds if Carnera has some success with his jab.

No that's Not any kind of fact.

Primo Carnera would certainly have a chance against these fighters James Corbett, Tommy Burns, Marvin Hart, James Braddock, Jess Willard.

Primo is on the level of a white hope fighter in my rankings. Many of the better white hope fighters can spring upsets over a champion (fulton miske etc) against any of the above named champions.

I personally would pick Tommy Burns as the worst, I'm pretty sure Carnera would look like Jack Johnson against him.
I'm in the minority I feel Hart was a better boxer, Burns really dodged a rematch for a reason. He was smoking mirrors to me...a bit of a con job appearing better than he actually was

Primo was probably better than most think, and Wilder is wildly over-rated.

Wilder by mid round one punch KO after struggling with Carnera jab. Similar to many of Wilder's title defenses.

When did Wilder ever land 200 right hands in a fight?

Not meant to be really taken literally. Just that primo got hit with a lot of right hands. Intentional hyperbole

i dunno. Always hard to choose between guys who have a lot of weaknesses.

Some food for thought;
Against Joe Louis, Carnera was up against a guy who threw a lot more punches, who was a much more accurate puncher, and was better at finishing off a hurt opponent then Wilder. Even then, Carnera lasted until the 6th round against Louis.

Camera would have a serious chance. He was more active than Wilder. Wilder was not hard to hit and didn't have a great chin. Not farfetched to think Carnera would put him away.

He was slow and clumsy in comparison to Wilder. His chin wasn't too good either and he was probably even more hittable.

Wilder kayos Primo.

Wilder mid round KO. Wilder gets hurt but knocks Carnera down multiple times like Baer did.

Aside from ortiz and fury, Parker and Zhang, wilder fought a lot of 3 rd rate fighters. I think primo could beat wilder.
