Fabio Wardley v Kubrat Pulev

Post by Evander »

What are you thinking ?

Size and age could make it awkward for Pulev.
Wardley should have enough to win the day.

Time for Fabio to have a title shot, after smashing this (almost sure).

Wardly will demolish him. And I don’t rate wardly.

I think less than 3 rounds.

Honestly I think Jonny fisher might beat pulev at this point… hugeee call but I just have a feeling he might be too old and without enough power to hold off a brawling assult.

I just don’t see him as hugely skilled. But he has been effective ish.

I have him as wilder-like entity but I don’t think he will be as successful because he is not quite as powerful and not quite as unorthodox not quite as long.

I’ll happily be wrong.

I probably just need to see him in with a solid “definatly top 25” type boxer.

Well that's fair - he isn't highly skilled.
But I'd say he's not as good as Wilder 'cos he started @ 25 in white collar with no Olympic background.
It's a given that he'll never beat the elite guys, but it's an amazing achievement just to get good enough to (maybe) win Brit/Euro and be able to get a fight with one of them. :salut:
