Absolutely laughable, Macklin and Groves were saying how well done Benn was doing by nearly connecting.

Agreed. He should get checked out.

The right man got it. Benns fitness levels made it look a lot closer than it actually was. The quality shots were coming from Eubank throughout.

Thank god for that.

I am going to be controvesial and say no rematch. I think that was a completely drained / shop worn Eubank who was just still too good (just). But I don't know what Connor would do so differently in the rematch. I don't think Eubank will start as slow next time and might just give Connor more respect.

That is sounding negative to Connor - it isn't, its just I liked to see him now fight at his own weight and see how far he can go.

Eubank I'd like to see retire or move up to Super Middleweight properly.

Props to both and who knows how far Connor can go in his weight class.

Why , what has changed?
Yeah, if anything a half decent boxer just made him look utterly basic.
Well he hasn't won you 3 over !
Yeah, still a cheat, but he's a game cheat who's good to watch and he's clearly off the eggs now, judging by the lack of power against a weight-drained, battle-worn guy.

and Benn showed a lot of heart and a great chin. He’s a warrior …just stop taking the drugs
Hi might be a warrior, but honestly he has found his ceiling , shouldn't be really calling out Boots should he .

He's a drug cheat and with an awful attitude against a Euro level fighter who had a rehydration clause in his contract...

Eubank suffered from the weight I think. Didn't have a powerful punch but had enough to beat Benn.

Don't want to see a rematch, Eubank won't go to the well again after that. His time has come to pack it in with that brilliant display.

Benn can go back down to his weight and get his arse kicked by a hungry pro.

Company man Johnny keeps saying the score was wide?

Is 116-112 considered wide?

There was some very close rounds in there
