I have Ajagba winning this. Bakole is a rudimentary guy. Efe has power and is improving at controlling distance. A couple of right hands to the chin and we could see Bakole crying to be pulled out in the corner again.

Yeh, ever since it was announced.. even before he took on Parker, I have kept my opinion open. Always thought Efe can do it.TheLeprechaun wrote: ↑02 May 2025, 10:59 I have Ajagba winning this. So let's see how Bakole does with a full training camp.
I think we pretty much saw where he is at against Parker, but I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.
Boogie Man or Bogie Man?

I think he would've done better than he did do but Parker would've likely beat him either way. Now it's about seeing where in the top 15 he stands
Re: Martin Bakole vs. Efe Ajagba | PPV - 3 May 2025
What time is the weigh in? I'm going for 285lbs (+/- 3lbs) for Bakole.
Edit: the weigh in has just happened, Bakole 299lbs. Ajagba 240lbs.

After the Parker fight I see him chinny at this level
Also his weight indicates something about his training camp

Agreed.Coco wrote: ↑02 May 2025, 15:58After the Parker fight I see him chinny at this level

Parker doesn't tend to bang guys out fast unless they are a bit chinny. And weighing in at nearly 300 pounds?
But- I'm still keeping an open mind on Bakole...

Well seeing him in the (
) flesh sort of answers a lot about his short notice fight and a full camp.
11 pounds.
Vs Parker =310
Vs Ajagba= 299
Basically a decent poo for a guy that size separates a late notice fight and a full training camp.
He was this fat for the ghost of Takem, but generally is 280 or thereabouts.
Maybe it's part of the plan, or maybe he did so well in sparring he didn't have to vomit in a bucket all the time

I 100% Agree I'm placing a good bet on Ajagba at +275. This fight has wrong guy favored.TheLeprechaun wrote: ↑02 May 2025, 10:59 I have Ajagba winning this. Bakole is a rudimentary guy. Re: Martin Bakole vs. Efe Ajagba | PPV - 3 May 2025
Whilst the Saudis allow men to wear shorts in some informal settings including when participating in sport, generally they are seen as lacking decorum. Ajagba is probably just being respectful. But as to why leggings rather than some other type of trouser? I believe that's a thing now, I see blokes in them picking up children from school here in blighty.
Re: Martin Bakole vs. Efe Ajagba | PPV - 3 May 2025
Now, now. He was 11 pounds lighter than when he fought Parker. It could be part of a plan.

Re: Martin Bakole vs. Efe Ajagba | PPV - 3 May 2025
Losing only 11lbs in just shy of 10 weeks when you are starting at 310lbs tells you only two things. Martin Bakole eats a lot and he doesn't really want to lose weight.

So has the bin in the corner where all the empty bottles, old tape and sweepings-up get thrown.
Re: Martin Bakole vs. Efe Ajagba | PPV - 3 May 2025
Anyone know what time this is on? It's the only fight I'm interested in.
