40-36 job again.

Seen him handle sergie rabchenko quite easily at Hattons years ago when rabchenko was euro champ

Excellent performance from Cacace. Outboxed Wood and beat him up.

Inactivity is a killer for fighters. Even an active Wood would have struggled against the ability and size of Cacace.

With hindsight he was getting schooled by a shot, non puncher in Warrington 18 months ago.

True. I always felt at 9st though he had the power to change a fight. I didn’t think that at all last night.

Haha someone should stop giving Frank the scorecards after the fight. He’s gonna carry that around now too.

I’m no expert but is there any way at all that Steve Gray could have scored it like that other than being corrupt?

You've got eyes. I'm completely neutral and had it 7-1

a shame about Wood. his style of fighter needs to keep up the momentum to be effective. being out of the ring and then facing a bigger opponent was a bad idea. I'm very glad I didn't end up going.

I knew Cacace was destined for great things when he became the first fighter to stop the one and only Ronnie the shark!, just took him a while! He’s become a great watch.

I was at that fight in Edinburgh, Ronnie actually came to my house the night before to drop tickets off, in hindsight probably not the best idea to be running around near midnight the day before a fight like that

Definitely not. As I remember it, it was a tired knockout. Say what you want about the shark, he was nails. Knew a lad on the kickboxing scene with Ronnie, said he was very good.

I gave Wood 2 rounds, one of which were close, in hindsight those were the rounds the Irishman took off.
Other than that close round, it was a very easy fight to score

Aye. I really wanted Wood to win but he lost. Cacace is in great nick at 36 he fought so well.
