Lou Brouillard is in the hall of fame. He is not in any list of the top 100 pound per pound greatest boxers of all-time.

Ross was certainly the better of the two. However, Brouillard certainly had his moments. Wins over Young Corbett III, Mickey Walker and Jimmy McLarnin is impressive. He just had way too many losses to make an argument that he was better than Ross.
