I'd argue that Nelson was pound for pound better than anyone Fenech met at 118 and 122. If he loses to Loma it's not due to weight.

The Professor was, but Fenech was a hell of a puncher at 118 and 122 who could dominate opponents, and I don’t think he quite carried that to 126 and 130, although I thought he clearly won the first Nelson fight
