Great to see the match-up between two of my compatriots getting attention on this forum! I had no idea their fight was picked up by DAZN! Their 1st meeting was a fun-fun scrap!

Aren't you from Ukraine, by chance?

Kurylenko does the double over Boryshpolets with a hard fought 10 round MD, I agreed with the 95-95 card , the other 2 had it 96-94, terrific fight, great action, back and forth, plenty leather thrown by both men, Kurylenko has that bit of sharpness about him, quick with his punches, southpaw Boryshpolets boxed well too and landed consistently, in the middle rounds he took charge and looked like he might run away with it, in the 8th Kurylenko slipped and hurt his leg/foot, was limping and it looked like he'd struggle to finish especially with Boryshpolets in the driving seat but full credit to Kurylenko he came out like a man possessed last two rounds and clawed out the win, cracking scrap

Sorry, I got to your message a bit too late.

I think, you described the fight very-very well. Nothing to add.

Speaking about the decision... Personally, I agreed with two 96-94 cards. Round-by-round, I scored it the following way: rounds 1, 2, 5, 6, 9, 10 - Kurylenko, rounds 3, 4, 7, 8 - Boryshpolets.

Like you said, following the 8th round you would think Kurylenko is done. But he released the Satan in those last two rounds, took the fight on the inside and really poured it on! Winning rounds 9 and 10 while being injured - I gave him a round of applause (even if he fought dirty, at times).

As for Boryshpolets (trained by Vyacheslav Senchenko, whom I happen to know) - hopefully, the fact that this fight was aired on DAZN will help him and he'll be approached with some good offer from abroad. The guy is always in action-packed fights. That said, he attempted to box a little more than usual in this fight. Not sure, whether it eventually hurt him. He was landing some hard shots. But was ultimately pushed back and outworked by a more active and polished Kurylenko.
