First blush you’d definitely go with Loma in part because he’s busier and hits harder, but because of his opposition, it’s hard to get a read on Shakur’s top level. Unlike Loma, he hasn’t been tested if an older Oscar Valdez is your best opposition, a fighter pretty much tailor made for Shakur. We’d get a better read if he fought Tank or Lopez
