Always give our fighters a hard night, I'm surprised Matchroom have gone this route unless he ain't all that .
He’s intended to be a tin can but who knows.

The real question is why isn’t Cordina having a meaningful fight against a live opponent. One defeat and he pretty much quits boxing and comes back in a nothing fight having wasted a year of his life

Pundits at ringside analysing fights while shouting for their mates. Stay classy DAZN.

The Mexicans chosen as opponents for UK guys often have padded records but they come to fight, walking forward and have iron chins. Plenty of upsets in England by Mexican underdogs.

That's exactly the question I have.
Time doesn't wait for the lighter guys, and father time can take form and throw it off a cliff.

Cordina v Padley would be a decent fifty fifty fight

Decent runout for Cordina, but he's gotta improve A LOT to compete @ LW.

Shame he couldn't fight Noakes next...

The mexican kid very game but limited in the end .

Nice performance from Cordina after so long out but can't see him winning a genuine world title at lightweight .

Anyone else think the main event is going to be a stinker ?

Both can be negative fighters when they want to be .

It's got uneventful, soft punching, split decision written all over it

Gotta feeling Catterall is going to be more aggressive in this one.

I have no clue what the main event is going to be like. I am kinda curious, but fully prepared to cut and run without bothering to see who wins if it's too negative.

A nip-and-tuck close decision...? :maybe:

Dunno Skankie, could be the Catterall show all the way through dancing out of range and pitter patting for 12.
I bloody hope not though!

BoxRec have her in the top 20 p4p out of over 2,500 active female boxers. You don't like women's boxing and I'm not trying to convince you otherwise, but if someone is in top 20 in the world of any sport, that ain't rubbish. Whether it's women's boxing or men's gymnastics or mixed doubles, open invitational padel, it's impressive.

Maybe you should go to the ibox gym and spar a few rounds with her? Fancy it?
Are you serious? I’d knock her out in seconds  I’ve boxed as amateur and am 14 stone. Lol look at football how international women’s team lose 7-1 to local 14 year olds   Any 15 year old male club amateur fighter would knock her out in a round
That's interesting. What was your record in the ams, James?
Club level but more than enough to batter a weak woman like Skye. 15 fights

10-9 El Gatto - HEJ looked a bit tight and nervy.

Eubank needs more composure and attempting more combinations. He runs forward with his punches to close the gap which does not look like high level technique

Yep...

El Gatto probs got this 3-0 w/o really doing anything.
A bit Frampton vs Quigg type 3-0. :witzend:
