I am writing to urgently follow up regarding my appeal concerning the result of my fight against Alan Zavala, which took place on June 28, 2025, in Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico (promoted by Ernesto Neri).
Despite the formal concerns I raised about multiple safety and regulatory violations, I see the fight has now been posted on BoxRec as a TKO loss. I am respectfully requesting that this result be removed or immediately flagged as “Pending Review” for the following serious reasons:

Medical and Safety Protocol Violations:• I was never examined by a ringside doctor before or after the fight. This is confirmed in writing by the promoter, who admitted I missed the official medical check due to travel delays.
• The ringside doctor who stopped the fight never conducted a medical evaluation at any point and made a false claim that I was “vomiting blood.” This never occurred — there is video evidence and no post-fight medical documentation of this.
• After the fight, I experienced head pain and was diagnosed with a concussion by a U.S. physician, who is preparing a formal statement confirming I was not evaluated during or after the event.

Regulatory Irregularities:• I arrived late due to travel delays and missed the official weigh-in and medicals, yet was still allowed to compete without clearance from a licensed physician.
• I was not present to witness my opponent’s weigh-in, and only saw a document showing his weight after the fact. This violates basic rules of weigh-in transparency.
• The promoter, Ernesto Neri, has stated in writing that he supports the result being changed to a No Contest if the commission agrees, and confirmed that he submitted an appeal.

Premature and Unjustified Stoppage:• In Round 8, I took a knee while fully alert and defending myself. There was no knockdown or visible injury to justify a TKO.
• The stoppage was based solely on the doctor’s verbal instruction, without any physical exam or medical check, which is a clear breach of safety standards.
