I'd favor Pacquiao by KO.

Inoue still don't got anyone on his record that's as good as Barrera. Pacquiao annihilated Barrera in 2003.

Pac by late stoppage in a fight where both fighters are down several times.
I think Inoue is an ATG already, and I think he'd get to Pac in spots, but I think Pac ultimately does more damage.
