Sebastian Fundora versus Pernell Whitaker
Sebastian Fundora versus Pernell Whitaker
12 rounds. Infinite difference in skill, but is over a foot difference in height just too much for Sweet Pea to overcome ?

Re: Sebastian Fundora versus Pernell Whitaker
Whitaker only had one fight at 154lbs. Looked OK in a title-winning effort against Vazquez, but his success was somewhat blown up by wide official scorecards.
Still, I think that version of Whitaker could've dealt with Fundora. Wouldn't have been easy due to astonishing height difference. But most likely, Fundora would've had trouble trying to trap Whitaker on the ropes or in the corner. And Whitaker would be turning him.
Whitaker wouldn't have put much dent in Fundora, but due to Sebastian's leaky defense, Pernell likely would've found success with his accurate potshots.
Whitaker W 12.

Tend to agree. Vasquez was on the downside of his career when he fought Sweet Pea but still a dangerous puncher in ways Fundora isn’t. On the other hand, Fundora is nine feet tall, but I think Whitaker figures a way around that and wins a decision here
