Is Bowers any good as a trainer ? Always been curious at his career progression from failed robber to leading boxing trainer

Absolutely, it's a trend lately.

They could probably lose half of the "special" commentary team save a boatload of dosh and nobody would know any difference. The crowd have been so quiet .
The next fight should lighten the mood .

Who are we cheering?
The young up and comer, or the guy who put in the work for a late career boost?

I am happy for either really. :maybe:

but still, gotta be @ VERY least 6-4, I got 8-2.
Dunno what the comms are thinking ? :maybe:
And that's the reason he's almost at his level now.
Yep - great power puncher, but no feet, no plan B.

This reckless attacking from Bellotti is not working. He needs a new plan.

Piranha's punches look small and unthreatening, but there's loads of them swarming together, they're really fast with razor-sharp teeth.

Great ringname ! :salut:

Good stoppage - he was taking a lot of punishment, round after round.

We don't want to see anybody with serious brain damage.

I was always curious about this too.

He's a well known 'hard man', do boxers just go to him because he runs a well known gym, or does he actually know his stuff?

I suspect it's the former

I think his family have a very long history in the game. Owning the main gym in London for years will have helped.

Slender age 19 featherweight Tony Curtis Jr. He's fast but he appears fragile.
