I suspect Toney is probably too weight drained as a Middleweight even on his best Middleweight day to be able to beat Dick Tiger. Even at Light Heavyweight he'd be a hard night, but Toney would have a better shot above Middleweight I think.

As Middleweights, I'd favor Tiger to outhustle him primarily due to being the better conditioned man at that weight class.

I prefer the 15 rounder cuz Tiger belongs there and for the fight at 160 lbs, but in 15 rounds, Tiger may outhustle Toney to take a close decision unless Toney outcounters Tiger with quicker punches to take a decision himself.
