I'm gonna go with the more consistent man here Chris Byrd to win a Unanimous Decision. Witherspoon's best punch is that big overhand right, I think he'd telegraph it a little too much to catch the defensive slickster Byrd with it very often.

Spoon at his best would overcome the southpaw's slickness with his awkwardness with his crab defense as he stick his jabs and overhand rights to take a decision even in the 15 rounder where Spoon went to that distance once against Tony Tubbs.

Witherspoon would probably win a decision. Outside chance he would stop Byrd. Byrd was a little better defensively, but Witherspoon was much better offensively. If Witherspoon was off, Byrd could sneak in a decision.
