Norton's size and power would prevail against the slick boxer/puncher in Charles by taking a decision. It would be similar to Norton's first fight with Ali, but more convincing win for Norton.

I'd favor Ezzard Charles to outbox Norton. Norton was a strong fighter, but i don't think it'd be too overwhelming though he'd definitely give Charles all the fight he can handle.

If they fight multiple times Norton would eventually get him just like Walcott did, but also like Walcott he'd need more than one try to do it.
