If Joshua wouldn't have exercised rematch clause against Ruiz, we probably would've seen Al Haymon making Wilder-Ruiz in a bout for all the belts.
Who would've won an all-American Undisputed HW bout?

If Ruiz comes in in the same shape he came in for the Joshua rematch. Then he gets knocked out in about 7-9 rounds

Ruiz gets rocked early, but recovers and starts putting his combinations togather. Around the 8th he stops Wilder with a few big flurries.

Ruiz either comes in out of shape and loses a decision or KO to Wilder due to lack of effort, or he comes prepared and knocks Wilder out in a slugfest.
