What fights will be on the Parker-Wardley PPV undercard?
There should be some decent matchups on a PPV undercard. But it's just over a month from now, and I still just see the main event listed.
Anyone know what other matchups might be on this card?

I hope Joyce is on it, although I appreciate it’s unlikely.

Ben Shalom is trying to get Richard Riakporhe-Joe Joyce on the Eubank-Benn card.

Callum Simpson v Troy Williamson and Jack Catterall v Blair Cobbs are being mentioned.
Re: What fights will be on the Parker-Wardley PPV undercard?
A month out and nothing listed?
Well it's going to be crap then, isn't it?
If people were dumb enough to pay for Itauma vs the ghost of Dillian Whyte, then they will pay for this as well.
If you want the cards to be better, stop encouraging crap like this.

I have concerns that soon the promotors will employ an AI to go though every illegal streamer, get the ISP's of everyone that streamed them illegally for th last few years, and send them a bill.
Can you imagine that?
Because I can, it will make them tens of millions.

I don’t mind, I’ve got stage 4 I’ll shamelessly play the ill health card and shave my head for court even though it hasn’t affected my hair at all. From what I've seen of the current British legal system, there ain't no sympathy for white dudes.SeanBrennan wrote: ↑20 Sep 2025, 14:37I don’t mind, I’ve got stage 4 I’ll shamelessly play the ill health card and shave my head for court even though it hasn’t affected my hair at all. "Allegedly" has arguably the deepest and best stable of fighters in all of pro boxing.
He has no excuse for putting a weak undercard on a PPV.

If that happens I can see people binning sport off altogether.KiwiRider wrote: ↑20 Sep 2025, 14:29I have concerns that soon the promotors will employ an AI to go though every illegal streamer, get the ISP's of everyone that streamed them illegally for th last few years, and send them a bill.

I really don't know how it would be possible to record the fact that someone had been doing it in the past and would thought it easier to track down the people hosting it, anyway tens of millions is small fry to what premiership football etc must be losing and looking to recoup if your thoughts become reality.
Make it a sensible price and largely streaming stops, we all know that.

Re: What fights will be on the Parker-Wardley PPV undercard?
Something like Dacres-Clarke, Riakporhe-Gassiev or Adeleye-Joyce would be okay. There are plenty of heavyweights looking for a fight right now.
Allegedly has many options, and he can easily afford to put on a decent card and still make money.
Lewis Edmondson vs Ezra Taylor isn't a bad fight, but it's not really a PPV-worthy matchup, unless it's a 4th fight with the other three being good matchups. Royston Barney-Smith vs Danny Quartermaine is a good fight for a regular DAZN card, but again, not really PPV-worthy,
Denzel Bentley vs Endry Saavedra is a mismatch, and Jadier Herrera vs Ricardo Núñez is not a PPV-worthy fight.

It's the way PPV's are now, the days of FW's stacked cards on PPV are long gone
Re: What fights will be on the Parker-Wardley PPV undercard?
What's the lowest number of PPV buys for a heavyweight headliner in the UK? Will this beat it? because the undercard isn't going to sell this to casuals
Muhammed Ali vs Henry Cooper 2 did 40k in 1966
Chisora vs Parker was 145k in 2021 with a few decent names on the undercard
I'm not sure how many Wardley vs Clarke did but I'm assuming probably under 100k.

Wow, amazingly, Wikipedia says it was on closed circuit in the UK which I guess is a kind of PPV… BUT also claims it was “ On pay-per-view home television, the fight drew 40,000 buys as the first fight on Britain's experimental Pay TV service, at a price of £4”!!?? I mean I’d never heard of this - I has anyone else? How did that technology work in 1966? And £4 as well…. That’s allegedly the equivalent of £80 in today’s value…
I have never heard of this and apologies to RuthlessRKO!

I’m am absolutely shocked - the fight was shown delayed in BBC. You really learn something new everyday….
