We might be in danger of disappearing down some huge, sidebar rabbit holes gents

For me, I think Fury beats Bowe but it is a tight one.

Fury might well go down, Bowe had that in his locker - it might be a SD - but the Morecambe Man still has enough.
A rematch might well be on the cards....some unfinished business.

What swings it for me is that Fury is a huge bloke who can box, scores accurately, hits hard when needs be and ain't going to be physically rail-roaded by Bowe. If he goes down, he gets back-up and if Bowe wants a shoving match, Fury can oblige.

Fury is far from perfect or invincible - you can see the American Tyson exploding out of the blocks and nailing him with three or four huge shots he just won't survive, Holmes winning a battle of jabs/distance and Lewis winning as well - but I would still contend Fury edges Bowe and without the mind-feck that Bowe and Lewis never resolved their differences

Bowe would beat Fury.

He might have had a short prime. However I am assuming this is the best version of each figther.

People might not like this but Holmes, Tyson, Holyfield, Bowe and Lewis in their primes beat any heavyweight champion from the 21st century.
