Years ago there was a publication called TV guide.
I’m sure many remember it. It would list shows and upcoming movies for the week on television. It would review the movies.
The review for “Kid Galahad” with Elvis Presley was
“ Spare tire in trunks”. Never forgot that hilarity
TV GUIDE ! Couldn't wait to get my hands on it
when it came in the mail.
I remember even when later when we moved WAAY out in to the country and only got 3 stations on out TV,
still use to read it at the Supermarket, envying those who had cable !

One of my personal favorite Top 3 Charles Bronson movies of the 1970's !
(and he did a lot of movies in the 1970's and I had seen just about all of them too)

I really like the Bronson movie "Hard Times".

Fun movie about an Underground Bareknuckle Boxer making his way through America in the Great Depression.

yeah, but it was rated "PG" they should have made the fights even more brutaler(IMOP)
Also for some reason or another at least one or two fights was cut from the released film in 1975.

Came across this boxing film I had never heard of before.
Looks to have been based on the two Joe Louis vrs Max Schmeling fights.

Homeboy with Mickey Rourke.
Christopher Walken also in it. I think this one went straight to video. Not too good but Iran Barkley and Lenny Lapaglia were both on it as Rourkes opponents.
I knew Lenny and was surprised he even went along with the roll and didn’t kick the shit out of Rourke.
Lenny could get animated at times.
