Oscar was strong, but inexperienced at 130. Bobby tenacious, and gutsy as hell, but very hittable, not too difficult to cut, and wouldn't be physically as powerful as Oscar.

I'd probably have to favor Oscar, but I'd be rooting like hell for Bobby to pull it off.

I am a big Bobby Chacon fan. But, by the early 80s, Bobby was getting hit too much and a lot. Oscar De La Hoya was too tall for the 130lbs division. Albeit, inexperienced, he was too big and too fast at that weight. I could see a split of wins for each fighter.
