Arturo Gatti II
You should watch that. Even if you don't understand French, it's worth watching.
We might have a future champion, who knows?

Yh. Was found hung in an apartment in Mexico.
Same way his father was found 16 years ago.

Did his Father owe a debt to the Yakuza or some sh*t? That's just bizarre as hell.

Earlier this year, Gatti Jr achieved a milestone in his career, when he received his USA boxing, which meant he would then be able to qualify for amateur events.
It also opened up the possibility that he could compete at the Olympics before turning professional.
Upon receiving the document, he shared an emotional post, in which he quoted characters from the popular Disney film The Lion King.
He wrote: "“Simba got his passport, side by side with Mufasa’s (Gatti Sr.) legacy. The legacy lives on. Long live the King.
“No one, nothing, not even myself, can stop what God has planned for me. Pursuing greatness, no matter what.”

Re: Arturo Gatti II
Seriously is anybody looking into Arturo Gatti's ex wife or whoever would be in charge of his estate?
Arturo Gatti commits "suicide" in Brazil under mysterious circumstances.
His son, who would stand to inherit some of his will or income from his name and likeness in the future or what have you, and he dies at 17. Seemingly not suffering from depression or anything like that.
One death happened in Brazil. One happened in Mexico. Both places where you can get away with crimes if you pay off the right people.
Something is up with all of this, and I hope someone has the authority to look into it.

Re: Arturo Gatti II
I agree with all of that. I'll add that two of the most important decisions a man makes are choosing a career and partner. Maybe Gatti's son would have inherited some amount of money when he became an adult at 18.gilgamesh wrote: ↑18 Oct 2025, 19:07 Seriously is anybody looking into Arturo Gatti's ex wife or whoever would be in charge of his estate?

Justice for Arturo Gatti Jr Fund Nears Goal After Major $10K Donation

The fundraiser for Arturo Gatti Jr., the late son of boxing legend Arturo “Thunder” Gatti, has reached a major milestone following a $10,000 donation from Michael Sanciprian, owner of World Gym, who contributed in two installments of $4,000 and $6,000.
The fund, which aims to cover legal, investigative, and funeral expenses, is now edging closer to its initial $28,000 goal.
Sofia Gatti, Arturo Jr.’s sister and the organizer of the campaign, stated, “I was too young to fight when my father was killed in Brazil in 2009. I am now an adult, and I was hoping to have my brother as my buddy in life when he became an adult. We were only one year away from starting our journey together as brother and sister and having our lives connected forever beyond our blood.”

According to Sofia Gatti, the case is now being investigated as a homicide (therefore not a suicide). Her update was made two days ago. The fundraiser has now raised about $27,000.

I'm glad to hear there's an investigation. I hope it's an honest one.
