Early stoppage while he had the momentum but Parker had the momentum many times in that fight. Parker was fighting back, albeit badly, but was not looking out of it at all. Great win for wardley, performed a lot better than expect but a cheap victory.

Agreed a little early.

Fabio might not ever win a world title, but he's making himself a 'can't miss' attraction in the sports showcase division. Maybe to the detrimental of his long term career and health, but he's bloody exciting to watch

RUmors around that wardley had a bike injury as a kid and had a titanium implant fitted in his jawbone

I think it was soft but fair - didn't throw a punch for ages. There was a moment in the fight you saw parker heart break when he thought he had wardley reeling and he spread his arms wide and called him in. Great fight, even if didn't get the showreel finish

if both fighters are Warren's, what's driving an early stoppage?

Wardley himself stopped punching too.. then came back. Threw 3 shots that barely landed and Foster saw a chance to jump in.

I don’t know what everyone else thinks but I thought it was really bad.

One thing is Parker was pawing at a cut on his eye which made him possibly look more hurt than he was, but I didn’t think he was actually hurt at all and also I didn’t think many of the windmilling shots were actually landing it was maybe 1 out of 10 that seemed to actually landing but still the ref jumped in.

A bit like Canelo (minus the drugs). When a boxer gets gifts it's natural to want to see their comeuppance.

I can't really see a scenario where Wardley can beat Usyk, but I'll love to watch him try, and whether he wins or loses against Usyk. I'd love to see a rematch with Parker, and I think we all would.

Parker such a nice guy, but even he’s walked off.

Still smiling to the fans whilst he passes them.

Parker looked genuinely vulnerable for the first time when that sequence started. It was a bit early but surely Wardley was going to take him out regardless. He was all over him.

2 rounds earlier I was convinced Wardley wasn’t fit enough to turn this around but he showed some serious metal there. Credit too him.
