Tua is tougher, and more durable. Frazier is quicker, and more explosive offensively. It's probably a wash in terms of punching power, but Frazier would fight at a much busier pace.

However I could see Tua dropping Frazier while I really doubt Frazier could drop Tua.

I'd have to lean toward a Frazier UD here just because considering his greater career wins he deserves the benefit of the doubt, but he'd be up against it here for sure.
