Years ago, on a lot of cards, fight night weight of boxers was revealed in a lot of cases. I did not saw that for years. Is there any relevant data of how much fighters weigh at the fight night in recent years?

HBO used to call it unofficial weight backstage before the fight. They did it regularly.

Yep.....but it wasn't uncommon for the fighters to step on the HBO scale fully clothed, without emptying their pockets.
HBO fight night weights were exaggerated a little bit.

Who knows. Boxers probably do weigh themselves.

But if it’s not required by commissions to report pre-fight weigh in, then there’s no need to do it.

I always liked it when HBO did it, even knowing it wasn't a necessarily an accurate weight. Realizing they were clothed with their pockets full, it was still eye-opening to hear that a WW was fighting at the SMW limit, and sometimes the fight night weight disparity between the fighters was significant.
