I,m just wondering , with Chris and bomac probably expecting a war , and preparing for one , if Chris just simply over trained and left it in the gym , he would'nt be the first , theres a fine line between over training and under training , symptoms are the same,
Chris hasn't fought with the same intensity since the Groves fight. That was his peak and that was a long time ago.
Since that fight he has been very carefully matched, and when there was a legit challenge in front of him- Liam Smith- he lost. Sure he won the rematch, but against a one legged bloke.

I seen that. He’s come out and said he never tells sparring stories.

Who did she spar first? Benn?

No he sparred Eubank first, the fact he thought Benn would flatten Eubank says a lot

Why did they boo Turki ?
Or give him a lull reception
That wasn't nice :shame:
Look at the fights he's made and what he has done for boxing
Look at who he is, and what he has done to nourish his own ego.
What exactly has he done ?

Well I'm guessing 'their' human rights record, maybe?
Human rights record, is he responsible for the laws of the country ?

A few folk said that Benn would win, I though they were trying to sell the fight, perhaps they knew Eubank wasn't right

Benn got better after their first fight and Eubank got worse. Benn was better prepared, and had a better gameplan.

Don't really know why everyone is bending over backwards to make excuses for Eubank.

So did AJ fight Eddie Hearn and I missed it? Or are you mad at Turki about bad dreams you had or something?

People go to Saudi Prisons for criticizing Turki...one of many reasons why I never would've even considered going to Saudi Arabia even if you promised a Harem of Beautiful Women when I got there.

Boring ass article. I didn't get too far past that. I really wish you would've simply given the Bullet points like I asked.

“There was a little bit of mixed thoughts on it really. I did have a thought of, obviously, Eubank just purely getting old, fatherhood catching up. I think that he was on the decline now for the last couple of years but I just think that 11 stone 6 has pulled it out of him trying to maintain that weight for so long, your body’s going to naturally grow.

“He always keeps in good shape so it’s not really a case of he’s blown up and trying to get back down to the weight, he’s always been in shape and I think it was one too many last fight and I think the last fight took a lot of mileage off.”

5 live is almost in sync with the DAZN pictures. I’m enjoying the company of big Ron, Steve Bunce and Ritchie tonight.

I don't think people are making excuses for Eubank, it's just obvious he wasn't right for whatever reason from the get go. Not Benn's fault but Eubank was not in the same condition as he was in their first fight.
