One of the worst I can ever remember was Callum Smith - John Ryder.
Ryder won that fight & won it clearly for me.
They went to the studio after & it was Smith’s fellow scouser Bellew, another fellow scouser in Jonas & his gym mate at the time in Crolla.
Bellew said that fans were only giving Ryder rounds because he was the underdog & was doing better than expected & the other two went along with it.
I’ve never taken him seriously since.
That was a worse robbery than Taylor - Catterall in my opinion but didn’t get half the backlash because the pundits tried to shut it down with Smith - Ryder.
Agreed. Shocking robbery that was and Bellew was running the cover up propaganda immediately
