Super Fly Scouser fights tonight in Dubai, against a bloke with a 9-6 record.
Seems a long way to go for a keep busy fight but that's boxing today.
I'm hoping Turner 12(11)-0 goes all the way. I grew up in an era of good British Fly & Bantamweights so it would be nice to have that again.
Turners only distance fight was against trial horse Darwin Martinez who fights at Superfeather or Lightweight.
Does anyone in the UK have any background on him? Cheers.....

Re: Jack Turner
Turner was a good amateur. Good puncher so far as a pro. Fella he is fighting isn’t a puncher. Stoppage win for Jack methinks.
Is the Dubai card over 2 days?

Did you see the lad he was fighting?
Re: Jack Turner
If you like flyweights, check out Lucas Dube and Hamza Udin. Hopefully fight for a British title at some point, then two
Re: Jack Turner
Turner is the highest rated undefeated Super Flyweight on Boxrec.
Apart from Bam.

For a Super flyweight that's (14 wins, 13 inside the distance) a remarkable stoppage ratio ! ![[icon_e_surprised.gif] :oo](./images/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif)
