Rating algorithms for undefeated boxers vs boxers with L

Dear editors and whomever has insights on this matter:

Why is it that often times a boxer with undefeated record can jump up on ratings pretty easily whereas a boxer coming off a loss or with losses on his record can not tread the same path, furthermore there is this example: (while the ratings are very close, which makes nearly for a 50/50 fight) and according to Boxrec predicator the boxer on the left has much more chance of winning; his best results would be from 800s ratings to 300s ratings !!! Whereas the estimation for my results (boxer on the right side) will be from 800s to 700s ratings !!

Please inform me if there's a logic to it or whether it is a bug.

BoxRec ratings are Whole-History-Ratings. These try to hold the rating below the ratings of the opponents lost to - and above the ratings of the opponents defeated,

Boxers with few bouts are less constrained than boxers with a lot of bouts. So their rating may change more than the rating of a boxer with a lot of bouts.

It makes sense, thus each boxer is bound to whomever he has fought at all times and thus novice boxers who at times happen to fight lower level opponents surge in ratings surpassing those who have losses even of those losses are on higher level fights.

I can clearly see this with my own records in comparison to many other boxers around me who still haven't taken the L.
