He’s tough he’s game he’ll come to win.

Exactly. I think Fwanks obsession is more likely that Tittie's comes cheap.handsofstone wrote: ↑14 Dec 2025, 13:07 Embarrassing matchmaking, what is with Frank's obsession with Tetteh? He's fkn mince

Horrible match, at least nobody will watch it
Re: Lawrence Okolie vs. Ebenezer Tetteh | DAZN - 19 December 2025
Hands up if you regret the time you have spent watching Okolie 'fight'

Re: Lawrence Okolie vs. Ebenezer Tetteh | DAZN - 19 December 2025
What a weird fight this is. Okolie deserves to move down the WBC rankings for this. However, if Itauma is choosing the Gassiev fight, Okolie Vs Joshua could be called by the WBC next.

Is this official?
And is it on the 19th or 21st?
If it's a last minute stay busy fight I have no problem with it. But Okolie needs to step up & fight a top ten bloke by Spring.
Him & Anderson would be good.

Amir Khan. But he’s working with Frank on this one. Hence the boxers on the card.handsofstone wrote: ↑14 Dec 2025, 14:47I've actually just seen it's not Warren's showKiwiRider wrote: ↑14 Dec 2025, 13:39Exactly. They’re just showcasing the boxers really. More for the locals to enjoy.
Eddies doing a card the day after in Ghana.

It seems automatic that if it's a HW fight, Fwank is involved. He has a good stable.

Tony Yoka Replaces Adeleye on Amir Khan Card
The Detty December Fest fight night in Ilubirin, Lagos, has been rescheduled to 21 December 2025, bringing a stacked card that includes Lawrence Okolie, Tony Yoka, and several rising prospects.
Initially set for 19 December, the main event has experienced a significant change. Billy Nelson, trainer of former IBF heavyweight contender Martin Bakole, described the headline matchup as “shocking” as Lawrence Okolie was pitted against Ebeneezer Tetteh.
In the co-main, Olympic gold medalist Tony Yoka stepped in to replace David Adeleye against Patrick Korte.
“Absolutely shocking opponent,” Nelson stated in response to the whole card announcement.
The change has created a significant shift in the card. Okolie faces the former unified cruiserweight champion in what promises to be a one-sided heavyweight showdown.
Yoka, gold medalist and former heavyweight champion of France, takes on Korte on short notice.
Full Fight Card
Lawrence Okolie vs. Ebenezer Tetteh
Tony Yoka vs. Patrick Korte
Elvis Ahorgah vs. Benn
Shiloh Defreitas vs. Kabiru Salawu
Adebayo vs. Shogbesan
Chukwudi vs. Animashaun
Joy vs. Boateng

In an interview this week Frank W said that he hoped Adeleye would still be on the card, but had come back to the UK to sort a medical out, all a bit vague so the writing was on the wall.
Tetteh and Korte are deffo two you go to for your fighter to score a stoppage over - terrible at this stage of Okolie's career.
