Registering Promoter and Commission for Professional Boxing in Iran

My name is Shervin and I am a promoter working to organize the first fully professional boxing events in Iran, planned for mid-February 2026.
Previously, we were in contact with Mr. Samson regarding verification of the local commission (Mr. Mohammad Sattarpour, President of the Professional Boxing Association of Iran), promoter licensing, and event registration on BoxRec. Unfortunately, we recently learned that Mr. Samson has left BoxRec and is no longer involved in boxing.
As a result, we need to start the process from the beginning. We are very committed to ensuring all events are properly sanctioned, registered on BoxRec, and follow official guidelines.
Could you please guide us on:
• How to officially register as a promoter for professional events in Iran?
• The steps to verify or register the local Iranian commission for bout approval and record-keeping?
• Who is the current contact person for new countries or commissions entering professional boxing?
We are ready to provide any required documentation, details about the events, or information about the local federation/association.

Just politely bumping this thread as we’re still waiting for any guidance.
Our first pro boxing event in Iran is scheduled for mid-February 2026, so time is getting a bit tight.
Any advice on promoter registration or commission verification would be much appreciated!
