Looking at that lot you have written, I would suggest that Kostya has fought far better men than Mayweather. As for Mosely he had the choice to stop off at 140, rather than jump from 135 to 147, he chose the latter. That can hardly be Tszyu's fault.

P4P theres no question Mayweather has fought better P4P than Tyszu. G Hernandez was P4P above Tyszus level himself, Castillo/Corrales could be said to be above anyone Tyszus fought P4P. Mayweather is a little unproven above 135, but he fought 2 Welters below 140 in Castillo and Corrales. 140 and above I would still say Mayweathers still looked significantly better than Hatton against top opponents, his legacy is somewhat tarnished by Judah screwing up.
I'm a Hatton critic but try to remain objective - his wins against Tyszu and Collazo (despite been disputed) were great wins. I think Tyszu is missing a truly great signature win as is Mayweather above 135. I think his best wins are Judah and Hurtado (who is an odd 1 as he nearly beat Whitaker by winning every round until he got caught on the ropes and got hit about 20 times after been out cold - that may have ruined him)
Judah is a great fighter, let down by focus and stamina. Judah could be P4P no1 if he fought every round the way he fought the first against Tyszu and fought all 12 the way he fought the first 5 against PBF. He won't ever manage that and instead will be mr hot and cold. However Mr Hot and Cold may well pull off a win if he ever faces Hatton

though i wouldn't get into an argument about it, i would respectfully suggest that prime for prime none of those is any better than MA Gonzales, and none come near J.C.Chavez. As you are aware no one can help their date of birth, so Chavez / Tszyu couldn't have been prime for prime. I think Tszyu's tremendous power makes his skills rather underrated. He was very good at maintaining the distance between himself and his opponent, to maximise his punching power. As for Hatton / Judah i think as you rightly say he could pose huge problems for 4 or 5 rounds, but if RH survives, I think it will be all one way after that.

JCC was shot to pieces when Tyszu faced him though, and Gonzalez was more of belt holder who was never the best. G Hernandez was the unbeaten king of 130lbs for along time and beat Azzumah Nelson. And Castillos shown to be the man at 135lbs in recent times.
Tyszu did have top level skills (especially punch technique and timing), but I think against the better fights he got outsped, outboxed, and got caught easily enough (his power saw him through most fights but against fighters who could take the power and push him back he faltered)
Its a shame Tyszu-Mayweather didn't happen earlier, ie 2002, it would have been a massive fight legacy wise for both men. I think FMJ would have come out with a win in this 1 but Tyszu by ko isnt out the question
Hatton v Witter is a British choice and not an American one - Hatton wants the big paydays, his only reason I think for not going against Witter - Hatton is brave enough for anyone at 140 but 147 is just too much IMO - Hatton would be willing to take on Witter for the right money but it would be a risky fight, so less risk and more money looks good for now - I have to agree if Hatton loses, Witters camp will get a call no doubt
