A couple of years ago in Vegas two kids agreed to fight over a stolen ganja vape pen & something else (headphones?).

As soon as one of the kids threw a punch another dozen swarmed him. All live streamed & I think 8 kids got arrested after he died.

Jonathan Lewis was the kids name.

He’s out of hospital now.

He with his mum went to see his now deceased friends bodies.

They’ll be flown later tonight.

I wonder about those guys filming the aftermath.
If they had been the first to arrive on the scene I hope their instinct would be to help rather than reach for their phones.
We can’t have become such uncaring morons can we? Or am I being naive?

Poor bastard.

And their families too.

AJ seems like a deep thinker. Will this affect him in that he withdraws from public view or will it spur him to go one fighting for his friends memory?

How badly was AJ injured in the crash? That would have a lot to do with his ability to continue fighting as well.

Your not being naive. No-one with an ounce of decency and morality, would film such a tragic incident. Of course these events are filmed nowadays for reporting purposes, but profesionals would not release any footage that that was too graphic for public viewing.

No idea.

The only people I’d trust on any update is AJ himself or Hearn.

Hearn hasn’t said much as he?

it's been reported as minor injuries..

He's lucky he wasn't on the passenger side. Both of them died instantly.

Joshua and the driver (Infront) survived

If he was driving recklessly then jail him for life, if a guy with Joshua's stature seriously hired a guy with no licence then hopefully he suffers with severe guilt because it looks as if he's got off lightly, I've zero time for boy racers

Joshua, 36, was in the vehicle when it smashed into a stationary truck on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway in Makun, according to local media.

Footage posted online appears to show the former heavyweight world champion boxer topless and looking dazed as he sits in the wrecked Lexus Jeep among shattered glass.

Two other people were reportedly pronounced dead at the scene. Breaking story,
Wishing him a full and speedy recovery. Being as strong as an ox must have helped a lot. It’s truly tragic when someone just going about their day gets hit by a speeding car, if that’s what happened.

It’s awful isn’t it I’ve deliberately not watched any footage. Poor fellas. Least they’re home now. I’m sure Joshua will make sure their families are looked after.

Yes, he seems to be a deep thinker in life. On a boxing front he seems to have a lot of faith in his team. He gives the impression that he is “robot like” does as is instructed, which is why when things go wrong there is invariably a change.

Obviously, these two friends have also been professional within his camp through the ups and down professionally. It might be hard for Joshua to have the faith/trust in new members in relation to these roles.
