Literally. We have sky box. Which has signature. So all the channels we grew up with and maybe more.

But with these streaming services and YouTube. Why wait for a show to come when it’s already available to view online.

I don’t even watch TV like I used to, I rarely watch anything live anymore. I cancelled Sky ages ago and thought I’d miss it but quickly realised I spent my most my time just scrolling through the channels, recording tons of stuff that I rarely got time to view and just watching repeats of stuff I like. The younger generation hardly seem to watch regular TV anymore, it’s all social media based.

Since sky boxing is definitely going down the tubes let’s hope they take Adam Smith back on board before they do

At sky? Doubt it, sky has finished with boxxer.

Unless you mean boxxer on Talksport Boxing yt channel as a supplement to their 4 bbc events?

I am aware that Simon Jordan has wanted a stab at boxing for a while.

His media profile in the sport has certainly grown in the last 2-3 years.

Wouldn't be surprised to see him pop up in some capacity - doesn't mean he has to be linked to Boxxer.

Bloke thrives on “negativity” Let’s hope we see him nowhere near any Sports TV work.

Forum please understand how I got myself
involved in the Sky Boxing contract.

i fully understand I had no business to, and I fully understand I would step on toes.

13 years ago I was dealt the devastating blow i “had parkinson’s and eventually it would beat me.

A few weeks ago i went in front of my consultant who told me i was on the maximum medication.
finished by stating get oiut there and kick the
backside out of enjoying what i do the most.

i have started going to shows again and picking up the phone speaking to promoters, fighters and tv broadcasters to see if i can do a job for fhem.

i have 3 offers tentatively in place

i have 2 promoters who have refused 2 take my calls

i decided to throw everything into boxing

i started a few weeks ago and i quickly found out that the main areas lof conversation were:

sky boxing contract
court case whichusen & boxxer

As the days and weeks went on i found in
my humble opinion both were linked.

Good luck spud, that’s exactly what you should be doing. :bag: I’ve long heard and seen that the THC in cannabis is something that stops the shaking. I’m sure you know that, and you might have to ask for it because it’s not a run-of-the-mill thing, but I know the NHS do prescribe it for various ailments

The more I ask questions about the contract the more I think the whole process stinks the more I think there maybe another court case.

of course i think shalom should not have
been given the contract in the first place but
how on eath should someone react when ALLEGEDLY he is being shafted.

it gets worse have stumbled on a piece of information that actually makes me feel sorry for shalom

I think you should stop doing all this mate. No offence. You're *trying* to be an insider but that doesn't make you one.

Like I said in the other thread, no offence meant, you seem like a good guy who has good intentions, but this thread is a car crash and all this soap opera drama stuff is really the opposite of how actual insiders conduct themselves.

You're not involved in the politics and deal making and that's fine. Almost nobody is. Just be a fan, there's njtjjfn wrong with that.

If you want to get involved in a practical way, volunteer to work with ops dept, start out as a runner making yourself useful.

What you're doing right now is trying to present /insert yourself as some sort of power player and it's just resulting in weird unnecessary posts which add nothing for anyone. Again no offence but you've had a few absolute clangers which make clear you don't understand what it is you're reading /looking at.

Don't worry about Sky or Shalom or court cases or any of that. There's layers upon layers and only a few people really in the know. There is no point speculating or writing up bits of hearsay etc. It will all resolve itself in due course, just sit back and wait.

problem is my speech and chronic fatigue and when i sn
am typing…i have been on this message for over 15 mins.

but on the positive the work and research i have done on the sky boxing contract and the boxxer/sky court case has given me fantastic incentive to get up.

regardless of what people say … i am in the centre of the controversy.

im absolutely staggered at the arrogance of one side … best notnsay to much more because i have signed an NDA.

The Beachband could really help you and you can try it for 100 days and get a refund if it doesn't work.
