Marco Huck vs Vaclav Pejsar

Post by handsofstone »

This Saturday on DAZN in Germany., Huck still getting headline gigs against the likes of 26-22 Pejsar, who's been with a few notable names, Price, Kudryashov, Massey, Rudenko and Schwarz to name a few

As for Huck , what's the point? Former world champ, been pro for 22 years, must've made a few bob, he headlined arenas in Germany for years

Indeed. Those Sauerland cards from early 2000''s till about 2014 were dope. With Huck, Abraham, Hernandez being notable figures there.

Huck wins a unanimous decision, not sure what scores were but I had it 98-92, terrible fight as you'd expect, Pejsar offered very little, even the rounds I gave him were generous, Huck is miles away from the intense warrior he used to be, he just relied on jabs and rights, tbf it was all he needed but he's long passed his best, he had a little cameo in the 8th when he put it on Pejsar but it came to nothing, Huck won wide but Pejsar was awful

Was a tough watch that. He’s been a pro over 21 years. Not sure there’s much point fighting on.

he was fun to watch against Usyk, like a bull and a matador.

Also, he arguably beat Povetkin back in 2012.

Yes, very close but I thought Povetkin edged it.

It was tough, wasn't it. Boxing history repeats itself once again.
