I think that Carl "The Truth" Williams wins this fight. He had the boxing skills to match the great Michael Spinks. The great Larry Holmes could not get to Spinks's elusiveness, but, The Truth would catch him. Plus, he was stronger, taller and bigger.

The Truth by decision because Spinks ain't gonna give him a fight.

Holmes was not at his best when Spinks beat him twice by robbery and Spinks would slip through the Truth's long jabs with his own, but quicker and landing counter one-two combos to take a decision.
