The Turd In Chief Is At It Again!
Now he is threatening to block the opening of a bridge connecting Canada to the U.S., but the really strange part of his rant is saying the trade deal Canada recently made with China will lead to Ice Hockey and the Stanley Cup being stopped. This is clearly the rantings of someone with onsetting dementia.

Re: The Turd In Chief Is At It Again!
We just need a thread entitled dumb shit Trump said or did today, it will never get deleted as there will be several posts every day for the next 3 years.
Re: The Turd In Chief Is At It Again!
Did you read the article?
"It is not clear how trump could block its opening but he said negotiations would begin immediately, without elaborating."
There won't be any fornicating negotiations but he'll tweet out that he negotiated a deal & maga will lap it up ("ooh look at how good he is at making deals") & everything will carry on as usual, with grandpa snoozing & shitting himself in the corner.

Trump's reaction to the Super Bowl halftime show was pretty insane.
The show ended with a giant billboard saying "The only thing more powerful than hate is love", but
according to Trump the show was "an affront to the greatness of America" and "a slap in the face to our country".
If you think that show was a slap in the face to the US, then you have to be insane. Rich Eisen described it as "Joyous", which was spot on imo.
Trump also continued his weird crusade against the kick off rule. He knows nothing about football, except that he would like more brain injuries. What a clown.

Re: The Turd In Chief Is At It Again!
I really don't think he knows what is going on an more.
I'm calling it now, I don't think he makes it to the end of this term, he's deteriorating rapidly, either he has a TIA or stroke, or the party removes him because he just turns into a babbling cabbage.
Clearly something's up, because he's having some sort of regular IV treatment.

Unless he dies, do you really think his cabinet will invoke the 25th?jamesmcdonnell wrote: ↑10 Feb 2026, 08:06 I really don't think he knows what is going on an more.

I think there's a good chance he'll be dead within 3 years, but I suspect he'll be in office until that happens no matter what condition he's in.

I think as he becomes increasingly erratic, the republicans will panic.
He's increasingly erratic
His party's starting to panic
He's angry at Hispanics
And food that is organic.
The maga are fanatic
Ignoring the satanic
Rituals of the charismatic
Psycho in the attic

Remember how the Democrats and Biden's handlers closed ranks around Biden's rapid decline. That tells you everything about how MAGA/GOP/Trump's handlers will react.
All they will do is basically play out 'Weekend at Bernies'.
Why stop the music when everyone is making so much $$$?

But the difference between the two will be that the Dems knew that Biden wasn't the reason for their supporter base. Much of the current administration is based around people being Trump supporters rather than a party or the policies that they hold. If they get rid of Trump, they more or less get rid of the supporter base that has put them in power and thus in their positions.

Exactly, his approval rating among Republicans is still well over 50%. They can't turn on him or they risk being primaried. This is the problem with tying yourself to a personality cult. There's no escape without political self-immolation a la Liz Cheney.p4p1 wrote: ↑10 Feb 2026, 23:12This.Beltane wrote: ↑10 Feb 2026, 22:36 Remember how the Democrats and Biden's handlers closed ranks around Biden's rapid decline. It is bad enough that Republican congressman and Governors won't stand up to Trump because they know they would probably lose the Republican Primary the next time they run.
What is even more disappointing is the that more that don't have to worry about that won't speak out.
In my state one Senator is not running for the reelection this fall. She won't speak out against Trump.
The other Senator is 92 years old and has been in the Senate since 1981. He won't speak out against Trump either.
Occasionally you do find one that will that are not running for reelection. But not enough.

He'd win a few back quickly enough with another Obama post.
Re: The Turd In Chief Is At It Again!
This dude better have solid proof. At this point you wonder if any amount of evidence would stick. Surely the most damning evidence has all been deleted. They've even said Pam Bondi had documents that were redacted, and under the redaction was a redaction. So she hid it so even THEY couldn't find it.
An obvious coverup.

The thing is, if they try to take him to court, it gives him the opportunity to present a defence - and that, means he can present evidence to support his case.gilgamesh wrote: ↑12 Feb 2026, 04:47 This dude better have solid proof. It's interesting how quiet it's gone since the Clinton's insisted on a public deposition.
Re: The Turd In Chief Is At It Again!
I find this hard to believe. The way the Justice Department has been so willing to do Trumpy’s bidding (indicting his enemies, dismissing cases Trumpy wanted killed and forcing out career lawyers) it seems highly unlikely his name hasn’t been scrubbed from the files. The odds that Bondi would release files showing Trumpy is a child rapist seem little-to-none. I wonder if this guy is baiting Trumpy into filing a lawsuit so Dems can force him to be deposed
